The last time I grew kangkong was in Uganda. We had a burst pipe in our garden and that portion of the land was always wet. We called the authority to come repair but was turned a deaf ear. More than a year and nobody came. Luckily the burst pipe was before the meter so it did not affect our reading and usage.

Started again at my balcony after my 2 terrapins disappeared without trace. It may be the birds that went for them while no one was looking. What was left was a big blue trough collecting rainwater.

Might as well grow something edible.
