Of late, there were quite a number of food poisoning cases in Singapore on the news.
Since I am into handling food, might as well take this opportunity to get myself upgraded and have a course taken on food safety and handling policies and procedures recognised by AVA and NEA.
Although it was a 1 day course but I find this course very useful. There were so many aspect in which we took it for granted when we handle food stuff. The trainer was very serious with the course and only when you get a perfect score, you can pass the exams.
The test may seems simple but during the practical, you will somehow fumble.
Anyhow, I managed to pass with flying food colours. :)
