My honey must meet the European Union Honey Legislation requirements under the mentorship of Professor Horn. This standard is recognized as one of the most stringent tests for honey worldwide. Non-EU countries must comply with this requirement before selling their honey in Europe.
Therefore, every harvest season, I have to submit my honey, which serves as my "report card," to the University of Hohenheim. Professor Horn and his team will perform the necessary tests to evaluate whether my honey meets the standards or not.

When I saw the vast amounts of honey from different sources waiting to be tested, I felt insignificant. It was as though I was competing in the major leagues with experienced players. Despite this, I reminded myself that if Professor Horn had confidence in my abilities, then I should also have confidence in myself.

I successfully made it into the big leagues! :)
