As The Curtain Rises.

Updated: Mar 29, 2023

After spending a week getting familiar with the equipment and calibrating the autofilling machine, it was time for the show to begin.

The first batch of honey, which was directly harvested from the farm, arrived last week in jerrycans and buckets.

After calibrating the filling machine, it's working fantastically fast. However, I'm only going at half the speed as I still need time to get used to it.

I scheduled the arrival of my various batches of honey at a comfortable interval, allowing me to spread out my workload and enjoy a manageable pace.

The refining process was fast and efficient. In no time, the first batch was ready to leave the refinery.

I was pleased to discover that 3000 jars had already been reserved and sold. After completing the first run, I gave myself a well-deserved pat on the shoulder.

To ensure that the machine is ready for the next floral batch, I have to disassemble and clean it at the end of each day. This is important since there will be a total of 12 different floral batches in total.

The day has arrived where you can have complete certainty about the origin of your honey. No more concerns about counterfeit or impure honey. You can now have the very best!

As Confucius once said, "If you love your job, you don't have to work a single day in your life."
