It had been 16 years since I had tasted mooncake, so when Joo gave me some to take home last night, I was thrilled to try it again.
Later that night, as I approached my door, I noticed a bright light emanating from my balcony. At first, I thought I had forgotten to switch off the lights before leaving in the morning, but as I got closer, I realized it was the radiance of the moon itself.

Despite the cloudy night, the moon was shining brightly, providing a perfect opportunity for me to test out my new zoom lens. Without hesitation, I abandoned everything and headed straight for my tripod. Since the moon was high up in the sky, I had to tilt my camera almost vertically to capture the shot. Although it wasn't perfect, I am still in the learning process and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, regardless of the outcome. A good outcome will simply be a bonus.
