Girls Are Getting Stronger.

On my birthday, I received a wonderful present: a small colony of apis florea that has grown stronger every day since. When they first arrived, they were no bigger than my palm.

In just a month and a half, they have grown to twice their original size.

At first, I had doubts about the feasibility of urban beekeeping in Singapore, but after conducting these experiments, I am convinced that it is possible. I have even started to harvest small amounts of honey from this colony.

However, it is important to note that there is still a lot of preparation work and education required in order to safely and effectively engage in urban beekeeping.
