Singapore Honey, EU Quality.

As per my routine, whenever the honey starts to flow, I test its moisture content using a refractometer. This is because the European Union Honey Legislation mandates that the moisture content of honey should not exceed 20% to prevent fermentation.

I was pleased to find that the honey harvested from my bees met this standard.
