One farmwork I enjoyed most was trapping bees from the wild. The method used was very simple and traditional. I would weaved a traditional beehive, made out of rattan and smeared it with cow dung. The bees love the smell of burnt cow dung. I learnt this trick from the local farmers.
The colonisation happened almost every 3 to 4 days. It is very easy for me to trap bees in Rwanda.
